Referral Fee:  $50 per case for FCE, Ergonomics, Case Management, or Consulting contract

$500-1000 per Employer/Company who signs up for Functional Employment Testing program or long-term contract of above services.

You know to refer me when: You hear or know of an employer or executive who complains about the high cost of work-injuries, fraud or abuse of workers’ compensation or long-term disability cases, frustration dealing with workers with health problems, etc…

Title of the decision maker I would like to be referred to: Typically we work with Risk Managers, Safety, Human Resources, BUT the real Decision Makers, the ones who write the checks or are ultimately responsible for cutting costs, lowering expenses, or making a more profitable company would be great to talk to.

Payment Details: Payment will be made upon completion of signed Services Agreement and receipt of first payment for services between Integrated Injury Management Services, Inc. and your referred entity.
